ATW's Servers are DDoS protected by blackholing all IPv4 connectivity to inside of Hungary. This means that COSMO can only connect to servers in hungary using ipv4. This server is well suited for IRCNet and EFnet.
However, COSMO's native IPv6 is globally routed, and will work on any IPv6 network.
